exterior Space

The exterior space at Villa Sulic includes a dining area, sun lounging area, lounge space with TV and a pool.  

• Dining Area:  Prepare your dinner on the bbq grill or enjoy breakfast by the pool in our dining area.
• Sunning Area: Lounge by the pool in one of the sun loungers.  Villa Sulic has a large umbrella if you prefer lounging in the shade.
• Additional Lounge Area:   Featuring a loveseat, two arm chairs with ottomans and a coffee table, the extra lounge area is ideal for a morning coffee, cozy reading space, playing a board game or watching a night time movie.

The main living space features a family room area plus kitchen with dining area and laundry room.  The kitchen includes an electric stovetop, oven and dishwasher. Modern dishware, flatware and upgraded kitchen equipment complete the kitchen.  The laundry room includes washing machine for your convenience.  In the living room, you'll find a cozy sectional with fireplace.  The space opens up to the patio and pool area.  

Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms with vaulted ceilings and access to the balcony overlooking the pool and mountains.  Each bedroom has its own bathroom, desk with chair, wardrobe and air conditioning.
